This is the highest wave length retinal laser in the world at present having 810 nanometers wave length for retinal photocoagulation of various retinal diseases. The laser will reach from the internal limiting membrane of retina in the chorodial layers. Macular pigments will not absorb this layer and no flashes of light for each and every laser spot and it can pass through retinal haemorrhage also and retinal blood vessels are not damaged by this laser and it can pass through even a moderate cataract also and also no visual field defects occurs because of less damage and less scaring on the retina. This laser works even at subclinical dose
